We’re excited to share with you the judges who will be judging the ASEC – Singapore round of competition.
1) Michael Zhan
Legally trained, Michael Zhan is a young entrepreneur who has tried his hand at developing different businesses such as a credit card website. He is founder of SmartSpace, a design, media and technology platform for startups and non-profit groups. Some of the non-profit advocacy groups include finance, consumer, technology and sports groups.
2) Esther Wang
Esther believes that design is beyond beautiful things, it is her gateway to helping people. Her belief in designing for social causes led her to collaborate with National University Hospital (Singapore) for her latest project ‘Rabbit Ray” where she designed medical aid for children. “Rabbit Ray” has since represented Singapore as Global Top 15 Semi-Finalists for James Dyson Award 2011 and the 3rd International Arts and Healthcare Conference.
3) Dr Alice Chu
Alice Chu is from Johnson & Johnson’s Heatlh Economics and Market Access Department. She holds an MBA from Singapore Management University and a PhD from University of California, Berkeley in Molecular and Biochemical Nutrition. She has also experience in maximizing investments and developing marketing initiatives for life sciences companies in the US during her time with Gerson Lehrman.
