Hey Participants,

ASEC is well underway and you are all running full speed ahead. Don’t forget these important deadlines. Get your stuff ready and prepare well!

1) Business Plan Summary

Submit the PDF or DOC of your business plan summary (Max. 2 Pages) by 2pm, 20 May 2012. Email it to organisers@gec-singapore.com. No changes will be accepted after submission, so ensure you send over the right file!

2) Presentations & Prototype

Each team is given only 3 minutes to present. It should be in the form of an elevator pitch. Presentations exceeding 3 minutes will be cut off.

The presentations will begin at 4pm at the Marquee. The order of presentations will be drawn by lots.

All presentations will be filmed so that we can quickly send off the winning team’s submission to the ASEC regional judging.

This will be the Judging Criteria for ASEC 2012

3) Housekeeping

Please take care of the rooms and areas you will be working in. Clear up the labs after use. No eating and drinking especially in the labs of the Science Centre. Remember to keep safe and let each other know of your whereabouts.
